If you'd like to get a little further away from the boat to get out of the spray, the Barefoot International Boom Handle attaches to the end of the boom to do just that.
The handle attachment is quite a bit smaller diameter than the boom itself, a must for people teaching kids on the boom and anyone with smaller hands.
