These policies give us the ability to stock a huge product selection at competitive prices on all the sports you love. No, refunds are not standard practice in our store. On a case-by-case basis we may agree to a refund, within certain conditions, at the time of sale. But with customer service policies like the below making sure that you got exactly what you needed… why would there ever be a refund anyway?
