The WF-1 V6 is the highest-performance wake foil board we have ever created. Built with our premium XR Lightweight Construction and sporting a streamlined outline profile, it’s sure to be the board of choice for the highest-performance foilers. The premium layup reduces weight without compromising stiffness, giving the board a lively feel through transitions and greater control at speed. The WF-1’s narrower profile gives riders more control while allowing them to bank tighter turns. Its compact length (3’11”) enables riders to increase their angle of attack when pumping. The corduroy EVA deck pad provides impressive grip and stance options and inserts allow for the addition of foot straps. The WF-1 feels like a direct extension of your body. What skill level is the WF-1 Slingshot foil board designed for? - The WF-1 is ideal for intermediate to pro riders. It is our highest performance wake foil board. Perfect for learning your first airs to getting inverted.
Should I ride with straps or strapless? - Strapless is simpler for learning and helps foot placement feel natural. Straps add control for jumps, higher speed, and locked-in stance. Many boards support both options so you can evolve your setup. Start simple, then add straps when you’re ready.
Do I need hardware to mount my foil? - Our boards do not come with mounting hardware, while our masts come with the hardware required to mount your foil to your board. Check the “What’s Included” section for your exact model. Using the correct bolts and torque helps protect the tracks and board.
