The Phase Five Rush designed by Bailey Rush delivers optimal responsiveness, pop and flow. The refined nose and distinctive tail allow for huge airs and unmatched speed through the water. Carving, revert and 360’s have never been smoother and it’s built to progress with you to any level. From beginner to pro, this board will elevate your riding. The Rush Stealth is glassed with our Stealth™ layup which features a Basalt/Innegra weave to provide an ultra-strong and responsive board. It is equipped with a twin FCS Fusion fin setup. This board isn’t just fast, it’s a Rush!
Construction Features:
V.R.T.™ Technology - Refined vacuum assisted hand lamination process with built in glass/bar stringers on bottom edge of the board for extra strength and pop.
Reflex Speedrail - Refined rail profile engineered to deliver enhanced speed, responsiveness, and release across a boards edge to edge flow.
Epoxy Resin - Increased strength and stiffness especially when combined with carbon fiber.
Texture Finish - Textured finish used on selected premium boards. Less weight and increased performance.
EPS Core - Ultra light weight 2lb density core used in our surfboards. CAUTION: EPS foam melts at 150 degrees Fahrenheit. Avoid extreme heat and prolonged exposure to elements.
FCS Fin Boxes - FCS Fusion fin boxes installed into the foam core before heading off to lamination. Some of the strongest fin boxes around.
Flexspine™ Carbon Stringer - Extra carbon inlay strip running from nose to tail. Enhances stiffness and overall board performance.
HD PROPEL™ Bottom - Our next gen graphic system that produces sharper details and images.
Stealth Performance Construction
The Stealth construction is our newest surf style build that introduces basalt into our lineup. This layup schedule includes a full basalt/innegra top weave reinforced with a carbon stringer and tail patches. The bottom is a full Innegra sheet reinforced with a carbon stringer. It is the strongest layup schedule that we have to date in the lineup and it doesn’t sacrifice any performance. The Stealth build provides great pop and a lively feel under the rider’s feet. This build is only offered on our top “Performance” shapes.
Twin Surf Fin Setup: Two fins positioned towards each outside rail edge near the tail. Offers increased traction making the board easier to control, while still loose enough to break free.
