Shuswap Ski & Board's 30 Year Anniversary Giveaway!

Official Contest Rules & Conditions:

1) Event Overview: In 2026 we are celebrating 30 years of Shuswap Ski & Board (SS&B), with SS&B THANK YOU GIVAWAYS! All year long, customers buying Limited Edition Shuswap Ski & Board logoed skis, boards, vests, and more!, will have a 1 in 30 chance of winning that item! The contest runs from April 1, 2026 to March 31, 2027.

2) Eligibility, to qualify for the draws customers must meet the following criteria, at the time of purchase:

Must be an active, opted in member of the Shuswap Ski & Board VIP Email Club, in good standing.
Must have a valid phone number and email address on file in the SS&B customer profile. We can’t notify winners without current contact information on file!
Employees and their immediate families are not eligible.

3) Qualifying Items & 1 in 30 Draw Process

Only limited-edition items affixed with the Shuswap Ski & Board logo (registered trademark), which may include, but not limited to, skis, boards, vests, pickleball paddles, etc.

Our system tracks the sale of all these specific logoed items online, as well as Calgary and Sicamous in store sales. Every time that count hits 30 items sold, a random draw is triggered, from that specific batch of 30 purchased items.

All Limited Edition SS&B logoed items purchased between January 1, 2026 and March 31, 2026, will be included in the first draw.

4) Prize - Credit Structure

Upon submission of the Photo Proof (details in Point 6), the winner will receive a store credit (or refund) equivalent to the exact purchase price paid for the individual logoed item won.

If the winning item was purchased as part of a package (bundled with other items, such as a logoed ski sold with bindings), the credit will only apply to the pro-rated value of the logoed ski itself, not the entire package, as illustrated in the example below.
Package example: If a ski has a regular price of $600, the front binding a regular price of $300 and rear binding price of $100, for a total of $1,000 regular price, and the package is sold at a package price of $899. Therefore, the ski is 60% of the regular price and 60% off the $899 package price is $539.40, which is what would be credited.

5) Winner Notification & Time to Respond

Winners will be contacted directly by SS&B’s Founder, first by email, followed up by a personal phone call, to the contact info we have on the winners VIP customer profile.

Canadian summers are short and we couldn’t afford to hire a platoon of administrative help, so winners must respond to their winning email/phone notification, from our Founder, within 7 Days. If a winner fails to respond to the notification email within 7 Days they forfeit their prize and a new winner will be drawn from the remaining 29 purchasers in that specific draw.

6) Prize Claims & Photo Proof

To officially finalize their win and earn the credit (or refund), the winner must submit a clear, high quality photo of themselves (or gift recipient) posing with, or actively using, the winning item, with the Shuswap Ski & Board logo clearly visible. Videos, under 60 seconds, and on the water action photos are preferred, of course!!

By submitting this photo or video, the winner grants Shuswap Ski & Board permission to use the images for marketing, social media and promotional purposes, related to their 30 Year Celebration. Winners will be referred to only by a first name and city/town.

7) General Terms & Conditions

Prizes are non-transferable and must be accepted as awarded.

Shuswap Ski & Board reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the contest at any time without prior notice.
