All of BPC's instructors and coaches are individually certified by IPTPA (International Pickleball Teaching Professional Association), which is the world leader in developing teaching standards in pickleball. They have instructors certified Level I, coaches and instructors certified Level II as well as a certified Director (advanced Level instructor/coach).

BEST has coaches that will specialize in beginner "learn to play" sessions. They will cater to Intermediate and advanced level players looking to improve strategy and shot selection. They can provide instruction one-on-one or in large-scale clinics. BESTPickleballCoaching.ca even has a coach with significant experience in lesson planning and organizing courses for Special Olympics athletes with diverse abilities and challenges.
As a coaching group BPC shares best practices and offer each other support, and feedback.
