These plates are being cleared out. At this price they are missing mounting hardware and may have a few scratches on them.

Notches on the base of the plate determine the pivot chosen by the skier. You may micro-adjust overall fore/aft placement on the ski by using the plate's offset alternate fixed mounting holes for smaller incremental movements and a fine tuned ride.
