We will match prices with US authorized retailers once all the real costs of landing product in Canada are taken into consideration. Many, many customers have told us they wished they had never purchased items from the US as they ended up paying far more than they expected, often more than what we sell it for, without the benefit of our great service, selection and expert advice.
Extra Credit Card costs: The extra costs of buying from the US start with an extra 2.75 % that Visa and MasterCard charge on the exchange rate.
Import duties: Next there are canadian import duties charged on products made in the orient that range from 7.5 to 20%, and over 80% of watersports products are made in the orient.
Even on products made in the US because the US retailers often do not enclose a properly completed NAFTA form, so import duties are charged even on US made products and it takes forever to try and get that back from Revenue Canada.
Import /Brokerage Fees: Then there are higher shipping costs as well as brokerage fees charged by UPS and other freight companies. According to UPS’s "Importing into Canada Guidelines", their brokerage charges are:
Value of $20.01 to $40.00 - service fee charged $6.90
Value of $40.01 to $100.00 - service fee charged $19.00
Value of $100.01 to $200.00 - service fee charged $28.30
Value of $200.01 and $350.00 - service fee charged $36.70
Value of $250.01 and $500.00 - service fee charged $41.20 and it keeps going up from there.
No Warranty on US Purchased Items: To support their Canadian dealers, all major brands have taken a strong stand on the warranty issue and will not warranty anything not purchased from a CDN Authorized dealer, sending people back to where they bought it in the US. So should any warranty problems occur product will have to be shipped back to the US at the customers expense (warranties only cover one way shipping) and then when it is shipped back to Canada there is another opportunity for hassles. We've had it happen many times where Revenue Canada charges us duties, PST and GST on items coming in or back from the US even when all the paperwork has been completed properly. When this happens it takes 6 months to a year to get those charges refunded if you complete all the correct forms and Revenue canada finally agrees to a refund.

Save An Extra 10% Over Any Competitors Boat Show price:
We guarantee to beat any competitive Canadian boat show price by 10%. This means at least 10% savings and no delivery charges, or difference in tax. We do ask that sales be completed within 2 weeks of your area’s boat show and that you allow us a couple of weeks for delivery. Due to shipping costs, etc., we may not be able to apply this policy to wakeboard towers, but check with us and we'll do the best we can.

In the rare situation that someone offers a lower price than ours, we guarantee to match the price of any authorized Canadian dealer (and if at all possible, with any dealer on the planet). We will also allow the use of any applicable discounts, and provide our usual stellar service, expert advice, and fantastic selection. In addition, if we or any authorized Canadian dealer, advertise the same equipment for less, within 14 days of purchase, we will gladly refund the difference (ad proof required).

Performance & Fit Guarantee
If your equipment does not perform as expected, or fit properly, return it within 30 days of purchase, and we will exchange it for alternative, similar product. Products purchased as gifts, or during the off-season, may receive a grace period but invoices must be stamped as such at the time of purchase. Does not apply to fashion goods.
Trade-up or Trade-in Guarantee
People progress in their ability and kids seem to grow way too fast sometimes, which means new equipment is needed. We try to make it easy for your gear to keep up.
(a) On Waterskis, wakeboards and bindings we offer a 50% trade-up allowance for 1 year from the original date of purchase, when trading to a higher end model.
(b) On child and youth wetsuits and ski vests, we allow a 50% trade-in allowance for 1 year from the original date of purchase, when trading to a larger size or to a drysuit.
Ski & Board Demo or Test Drive Program
One of the best ways to make sure you’ve found the right gear is to try it out. We offer the chance to Demo or Rent most of the skis and boards we sell, and if you decide to buy after you try, the Demo/Rental fees can be applied to the purchase of that product, within 7 days of the return.
Standard Demo/Rental rates are $45/day or $180/week Premium rates (set ups over $800) are $75/day or $300/week. When we ship products out for Demo, the fees apply from when you receive the product until the date you ship it back to us, the same as if you came to us and picked it up.
Terms and Conditions for Trade and Demo Programs:
Product is returned in physically and cosmetically clean, working condition, with only normal wear (no slider use, dock/beach starts, or other damaging activities), and the original bill of sale must be presented in legible condition. So take care of your gear and receipt for at least a year!

As an official Waterski & Wakeboard Canada retailer and school, we offer an additional 10% discount off our everyday low prices to their members. National Skier Pricing
